Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Very Poor

Bad customer service. Management Tried extortion and asked for more money after checked in. Unhealthily living conditions. Bathtub was clogged and flooded but management refused to fix it. Didn’t provide enough towels. Management asked for more money for cleaning the apartment and forced us to clean the living space and bathroom by ourselves. Very Incompetent Management.

Broken sink cover which had tapped to cover up the broken piece
Clogged bathtub and flooded bathroom floor
