Our Bright and Spacious Studio has been decorated with taste and elegance to make you feel at home away from home the minute you move in; Wake up to the serene views of BURJ AL ARAB and MARINA right from the balcony.
The property extends to 1011 sq. ft. and has an amazing L-shaped balcony with a lounge area and a custom-made bar with barstools. The apartment comprises an open-plan kitchenette fully equipped with the appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and silverware; King-size Bed with a very relaxing mattress for a good night's sleep, a sofa bed, enough closet space for all your belongings; A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with a large mirror, and a toilet with frosted glass for privacy and for those who need to stay connected a workstation is available.
Welcome toiletries included upon arrival, a free parking space and feel free to enjoy free access to the building amenities including an outdoor pool located on the 1st floor and a fully equipped gym on the rooftop with open hours from 10 AM to 10 PM.
You will be eligible for a 20% discount at ELLA’S restaurant and if you are a KUISHINBO who admires Japanese food you are close to its door In MIYABIS restaurant.
