Poor Communication

Nice spacious apartment in excellent location. Only gripe is communication before checking in was poor. They dont give you the details and address of the property even though you've paid for it until after they have received your passport copies, etc. I was in the area for about an hour but had no idea where to go and who to contact. Last thing you need when you arrive at a new place!!
