Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Either property didn’t exist and the owners are scammers, or the owners are not serious with client relations because they didn’t reply WhatsApp messages and phones were disconnected. They just left us a limbo and we had to spend the next 13 hours looking for new accommodation. To be candid, AM DONE WITH EXPEDIA and I will share the experience with my friends and family.
