Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.

Guests can enjoy the Water Park and Malibu Beach; however, advance booking is required. Please advise ahead of preferred schedule so we can check the availability.

The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send the photo of the ID/Passport before check in.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties that could damage the property.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of AED200. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

A penalty fare of AED550 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property. No smoking in the rooms.

BBQ grilling is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the garden.

Please note that shared amenities (e.g., pool, gym, spa, elevators) may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, refurbishment, weather, or other factors beyond the host’s control. Fire alarm testing may also occur as required by Dubai Civil Defence. Such disruptions are outside the host’s control, are not considered a failure to provide the accommodation, and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.


The gardener will come two times per week to clean the garden and water the plants (days and times can be scheduled as per the guests).


Please do not water the indoor plants. The housekeeping staff or gardener will water them.
