Your home away from home in Downtown, the heart of Dubai: this brand new studio apartment is in Elite Downtown Residence, one of the newest towers in the Burj Khalifa district, and was specially designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible in the UAE. Situated in a very central part of Dubai you are literally minutes away from Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, shops, bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

The newly built Elite Downtown Residence is especially well-known for its wonderful Burj Khalifa view swimming pool and hot tub (on the 6th floor) also comes with other amazing perks like a sauna, steam room, and gym all separate for men and women, and a small play area for kids.

This modern studio apartment comes fully furnished, with a king-size bed. There is a large balcony with a canal view from the 19th floor beautiful day and night. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs making it ideal for short or long-term stays as well. Just in front of your bed, there’s a large smart TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime are both available). All towels (even for the beach) and bed linens are provided, and taking into account years of traveling experience I have tried to equip the apartment with all the amenities you will need during your holiday.
