Poor management and misrepresentation in the ad
The condo did not match the photo on Hotels.com, the photo oversold the unit. We arrived late at night after 24+ hrs travel. We were met by the manager Abbas. There were insufficient supplies in the condo: No kitchen dish cloth and dish towel, no dish soap (only dishwasher soap), no kitchen knives, no bedding for the living room futon! which were needed. Only one towel and hand towel each, no facecloths. The bedroom mattress cover was stained and not clean. I had to use part of the linen from the bedroom bed to supply the living room futon for my son. The worst of it all, Abbas argued about the living room bedding and the lacking kitchen basics instead of offering right away to resolve the issues. Bedding did arrive the next day but nothing else, including the change from the 100 dirham given to Abbas for the 40dirham room tax. I had to text him for two days before the change was brought. There was no hair dryer in the unit. It was promised for delivery by Abbas but did not happen. I bought one. On the plus side, the location of the condo was good and appreciated. Your management left us frustrated and greatly disappointed.
