Very bad experience!!!

This was a very bad experience!!! I don’t recommend at all this property. Very bad communication – the property didn’t answer to the messages – neither by email nor by phone. But the most unexpectable situation was when the property, before 2-3 hours of our coming changed the apartment which we booked and we were accommodated in other apartment with lower facilities (amenities) !!! . We arrived at airport almost at midnight. Other apartment on the bookings sites was with lower price than we booked!!!! He informed us by phone , with SMS, not by hotels email, about the address of other apartment!!! Unfortunately, the hotels.com can't help us with this to change or cancel this booking. Before coming, when we was at airport the property was very rude and aggressive with us (by phone) because by mistake the copy of documents which needs to be sent to them before coming, wasn’t received ! Even we wrote them to confirm the receiving of this documents, they didn’t answer as usually and informed us in very aggressive form on the phone when we was at airport!!! He threatened us to cancel the reservation if we don't sent in a few minutes all the copy of documents!! Very bad experience!!!
