Not luxury at all, cleanliness was poor on arrival and bedding/pillows were oh poor quality and dirty!

STAY AWAY! The GOOD: Location. Probably the only positive thing I can say about my experience. Its in a prime location. Despite local construction right in front, it is within ~10 minutes walking distance of attractions in downtown Dubai. The BAD: COMMUNICATION! -- I messaged mangment 24 hours in advance to notify I would be arriving at the hotel at "approximately 8pm" where host will greet us and show us to our room (since this is not a hotel, it is an apartment rental). We arrived at the hotel at 8:18pm exactly to where there was NO ONE there to greet us. I am 63yr old retired handicap man, with no cell reception in diff country. It is not right to leave me waiting that long after 16hr flght The host told us that "we did not tell him what time we were going to arrive" after we clearly did. He arrived almost 2 hours late at 9:45pm. Kept us waiting in the hotel lobby, asking us for passport info. After finally getting wifi and sending passport info, he gave us instructions on how to SELF CHECK IN, with a KEY BOX with a CODE!! HE LEFT US WAITING IN THE LOBBY FOR 2 HOURS WHEN HE COULD HAVE TOLD US THE CODE BEFOREHAND. Left us waiting with luggage after 16hr fight. Pretty much Same deal when checking out: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! CLEANLINESS-- dirty bed covers with piss stain on it! No responsibility in changing covers. Room came with 1 key only. Safe box stopped working 2 times, took an hour for them to send help each time! Made us late for reservations on multiple occasions
