Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unable to contact the staff. I booked accommodation for 4 people, but they placed them in separate rooms. The actual rooms are very different from the pictures shown. Additionally, I originally booked the stay at a hostel in Palm, but when my team arrived, they were transferred to another hotel because the hostel was reportedly full. The listing shows 4 people per room; however, there are 10 or more people staying in each room. Paid for AED 1,687.68 for 6 nights waste of money!!!
