Air Conditioning Broken in the Units

Air conditioning was broken. Contacted the property management numerous times as the unit would never get below 26-27° Celsius (78-80°F) and they would tell me that it just "takes a while to cool down". I was there for 10 days and it never cooled down, in fact it went up from 26 to 27. I contacted numerous times and they eventually just started ignoring me. It was extremely uncomfortable, and no resolution was ever made. I've attached photos of the thermostat that I took 1-2 times daily and sent to the management who read and ignored them.
