I strongly caution anyone considering this property. The listing materially misrepresents the experience. Key restrictions such as a strict no-visitors policy and extremely limited access to the property are not disclosed upfront. This omission alone renders the listing deceptive.Upon arrival, gaining entry was nearly impossible without navigating a convoluted system of approvals, delays, and unclear instructions. Guest access is essentially prohibited, which is a major concern for anyone expecting basic hospitality norms.The management structure is opaque and unresponsive. Any attempt to resolve issues is met with redirection or deflection by lower-level staff, creating a frustrating cycle where accountability disappears up a hierarchy. Communication is slow. Responses routinely take hours, if not longer.The condition of the unit itself also falls short. While the living room was passable, the bathrooms were poorly maintained and below acceptable standards. The air conditioning system was broken throughout the stay and never addressed, despite repeated complaints. The unit also suffers from a serious mosquito problem, further diminishing livability.In sum, this property is not worth the premium pricing or the hassle. I’d advise avoiding not only this unit but other properties managed by Deluxe Homes, based on this experience. The gap between what’s promised and what’s delivered is wide and costly.Lost over 10k from this place. We left after 1 day, to a new hotel..
