This well appointed Dubai Marina apartment is located on the marina walk and is close to dozens of restaurants and cafes, grocery stores and amenities.

The beach is walking distance, as is the Marina Mall, and the building itself has a great pool and gym also.

The apartment gets a lot of natural light, and a lot of thought and care went into it's furnishing to optimize the space.

This is a short term rental, only available on a month to month basis (beginning mid-November 2022).

It's a digital nomad's ideal rental home, with super fast wifi, an 86" LG 4K TV, and comes with a huge L-desk with double monitor set up + printer. Amazing marina views while working from the desk.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with a coffee maker and refillable pods, water cooler, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, as well as many of the typical spices, ingredients and condiments you might need during your stay.

The bedroom has a super king sized bed (200x200) with an ultra comfort pillowtop mattress (and your choice of silk sheets or 600 thread count cotton sheets).

Laundry room and bathrooms are also fully stocked. Towels, extra linens, soaps/shampoos, etc are all provided.

Parking is also available.
