The staff here are just amazing. Each and everyone one of them are kind and professional, and greet you nicely everyday. The hotel is beautiful, right in front of the beach, I was able to get Ubers/taxis easily. And the room was clean and so fun to stay in, housekeeping was amazing too and always made sure I was comfortable. Lost of range for breakfast. Overall, I felt very safe and happy staying here as a female solo traveller.

The valet hit my car against a wall

They hit the car against a wall. It was minor accident, but they didn’t not tell me, I noticed that when I reached my home in Abu Dhabi. It’s obligatory to give the car to the valet parking.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The overall service was fantastic, and two staff members truly made my stay memorable with their excellent communication skills, polite and accommodating attitude, and impressive knowledge of Dubai. The room was lovely and very comfortable, though I did find the bathroom a bit small, especially around the sink area. One minor inconvenience was that the desk plug wasn’t working, so I couldn’t make tea there and had to move the kettle to the bedside table. Despite that, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. One of the highlights was the hotel’s private beach club — the service, food, and drinks there were amazing. The entire area around the hotel is clean, airy, and vibrant. I also absolutely loved the China White rooftop pool — it’s stunning! Another big plus is the location. The hotel is within walking distance to several other beach clubs, yet it’s tucked away from the main strip, giving it a more relaxed and exclusive feel. It's also close to Palm Jumeirah, which makes exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I felt so welcomed and at home here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

I had a lovely stay, the hotel is located on the lively West Beach Palm, one of the best locations in Dubai. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist, Maya and the housekeeping, Aruna. Something to consider, the toilet door doesn’t fully close, it’s a glass door and there’s a small space between the door and the wall.

Lovely location but music from the beach bars could be heard in the bedrooms until 3/4a.m every night. Also the room we paid for was not given to us on arrival and we had to get it the following morning after 9.00am.

Staff were really friendly & helpful especially Aimen the concierge who tried his very best to help with our transfer to the airport as they failed to turn up! Perfect hotel to stay on business. A few nooks to work from, spacious rooms to work in, a nice coffee bar with some lovely juices and snacks (the guys who work there are super nice too), perfect location to switch off and walk up and down the palm, good bars and restaurants, close to a mall , no reliance on cabs, on the beach, clean rooms and super positive and helpful staff through the hotel. I would like a hotel to offer the chance to have a late breakfast (fruot yogurts is fine) until maybe 1130/1200.
