The apartment is really comfortable. Very well equipped. If anything, the windows were not perfectly insulating from the noise outside. The area is absolutely amazing, main entrance of the building exactly in front of Burj Khalifa. Enough said. There's even a swimming pool and a gym on the 5th floor. All very good.

The property is lovely comfortable and close to everything. The door is very difficult to open. It took us ages to open, and the water pressure in the shower is not good. It would help the people who have a late flight to have somewhere to leave your bags at the apartment complex. Otherwise we were very happy with the apartment.

Convenient location, however; can be noisy with the construction at night. Many uber drivers had a hard time finding the place. Many wanted to drop me off at the Opera area. Place is under renovation so you will need to walk up driving ramp to get to temporary reception. People were very nice. Place was clean and lovely. Commication with managers were prompt and productive.

It's a great place to stay in downtown Dubai, and it's a stone's throw from the Dubai fountain. A few restaurants are nearby, and a 24-hour grocery is across the street.

Apartment schön, Kommunikation nicht so schön.

Das Apartment war wirklich schön, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, gut in Schuss und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter trotz WhatsApp Kontakt ein wenig schwierig, die Check-In Informationen wurden uns erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen zugeschickt (und auch erst am Anreisetag, was bei längerer Anreise ungünstig sein kann), außerdem gab es anders als angegeben keine Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft zwischenzulagern, man wies uns auf Nachfrage lediglich auf eine Website hin, die kostenpflichtige Lagermöglichkeiten in der Stadt vermittelt. Im Nachhinein erhielt ich noch einen Beleg über die Zahlung des Übernachtungspreises, obwohl ich bereits im Voraus über Hotels.com gezahlt hatte, auf Nachfrage meinerseits hieß es dann, das würde man nochmal prüfen, eine Rückmeldung habe ich aber nicht bekommen. Nächstes Mal würden wir vermutlich wieder ein konventionelles Hotel buchen.
