The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, terrific and knowledgeable staff, and nice size rooms. The in-house breakfast at Sofia's is an excellent value. My only issue is that it is on the fringe of Business Bay, which makes it a bit far from the Dubai Mall and even the metro stop. We love to walk so we actually walked the distances all the time but just be aware of this if you are not mobile.

I tried to cancel 3 nights for one room from the 4 rooms reserved. I wasted hours for corresponding with Expedia and talking to the hotel staff!!! And until this moment waiting for a serious positive resolution. The cancellation is due to a person being sick.

I stayed at Grand Millennium Business Bay in Dubai for my honeymoon/vacation, and while the hotel is decent in some ways, the overall experience fell short because of the service. Room & value: The room quality is exactly as shown online—modern, clean, and generally comfortable. The building and amenities are also not bad for what you’re paying, so from a value standpoint, it’s a solid option. That said, the bathroom and shower could definitely be better. Service (inconsistent and disappointing): The biggest issue was how inconsistent the service was. Some staff at the front desk were kind, but others (including concierge/guest services over the phone) came across as passive-aggressive and not helpful. I mentioned multiple times that I was there for my honeymoon, and I barely even received a simple “congratulations,” let alone anything thoughtful. I wasn’t expecting a free upgrade—just basic warmth and acknowledgment. I was told they would try to make my stay more special (towel art, possibly a complimentary upgrade), but none of it happened, and there was no follow-through. Flowers incident (lost trust): I also had flowers delivered to the hotel, and what should’ve been a nice moment became frustrating. They made it surprisingly difficult to get something as simple as water for the flowers—no vase, and they were rude about providing an alternative like a bucket. Hours later, I found the bouquet left on my bed, already wilting. The worst part is that the flowers were deliv

The room was high quality and very comfortable , staff very good and very attentive particularly in the pool area. Unfortunately at the moment the hotel is surrounded by construction and building works. We didn't use the hotel bar and restaurant as they play very loud music with no quiet spaces. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice (would also be much nicer without the piped music playing) There were some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and nice walks by the river.
