Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Additional cleaning or laundry services are available upon request for an extra fee.

Please return the access card in good condition upon check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 1000 per card.

No Smoking Inside: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You can smoke on the large balcony where we provide an ashtray.
