Located on the ground floor, this fantastic 3 bedroom apartment is ideal for couples, small families or a group of friends looking to explore the city's main attractions. It is set in the heart of Dubai, within short walk to various restaurants, cafes and parks. The apartment has all the commodities you'll need for a pleasant stay. 13 minutes away from the breathtaking Palm Jumeirah, 10 minutes from Dubai Hills Mall, and only 20 minutes from the airport and the iconic Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa.
The space
Welcome to my home!
Modern and designed with an open-floor living, dining and kitchen area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.
In the bright living room, you will find a comfy large sofa, a 100 inch Smart Projector TV with a Netflix subscription and large windows that bathe the entire space in natural sunlight throughout the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave.
In the two master bedrooms, you will find a luxurious King bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a private huge balcony and terrace garden space where you can enjoy the stunning views and have a great time!
There is also an additional nanny room that has been specially designed into a loft room equipped with floor to ceiling wardrobes and a single bed. And a king size air mattress that can be used in the living room.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a washer if you need to do your laundry.
The flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (3 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
