4★ - A Luxurious Stay with a Few Hiccups Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious with stunning views, and the smart TV was a great touch. The breakfast selection was fantastic, although the queues at the cooking stations were a bit long. The pool area and staff were excellent, making our stay very enjoyable. A special thank you to the team for making my dad’s early 70th birthday celebration extra special with the beautiful room decor and cake on our first night. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated! On our first night, it was stressful due to our taxi driver driving off with our luggage. While security did not initially notice this, we truly appreciate Sama’s efforts in resolving the situation, even though it kept us up until 4 AM. That being said, we were pleased to see that security for the rest of our stay was excellent, always ensuring we hadn’t left anything behind in taxis and being much more attentive. One area that could be improved is the cleaning service. A little extra attention to detail in this area would have made the experience even better. On a more positive note, our heartfelt thanks to Chef Rohit for preparing Sabudana Khichdi and Jeera Aloo for us while we were fasting for Mahashivratri. His kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated, and the food was delicious. Thanks to Grace for an amazing massage! Also thanks to Amrinder, the Duty manager for looking after us!

Everything is Exceptional in Taj 10/10. We enjoyed every moment; we’ll back each visit to Dubai. First class hotel, clean, comfort, quiet, new facilities and heated pool. The hotel is very friendly for families with children, a lot of activities and warm people. The service is amazing – the pool, the beach, the restaurant, the kids club, the vallet – everywhere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The room service isn’t like any other place, especially the beautiful smell in the evening! Excellent hotel. Staff are so attentive. Clean. All meals tasty. We are spoilt, cannot consider another hotel when visiting Dubai!

Ruined a good vacation.

Negative: Staff was not friendly and they tried to oversell me on a room that they were already supposed to give me. When I declined paying they put me in a room which smelled very bad. My family had trouble breathing and got sick because of the smell. The staff came and sprayed chemicals in the room to remove the smell. The smell didn't go away and we ended up getting sick. The shower was also broken and the maintainance guys came to fix it wasting my time and left the bathroom dirty. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and helped with getting a better room and I spent the rest of the days there. Positive: The welcome was nice even tho the receptionist ruined it after but the hotel overall looks very nice. I just wished the Staff was nicer and the management taking care of the hotel looks at everything closely because you can see lots of corner cuts in the maintanince of the hotel.
