Front desk is excellent, rooms very comfortable and of a good size. The temperature of the showers varies significantly while you’re using them. Restaurants are average at best, so staff are responsive some less so. Food is ok but not very inspiring. Lack of fresh fruit at breakfast unless all you eat is melon. Good location and reasonable rates. Good shuttle bus service to the malls etc

The front of house Staff are exceptional. After having my flight to Dubai cancelled, the Airline then managed to loose my luggage. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they communicated with the airline on my behalf and did not stop until the situation was resolved. I couldn’t be more grateful. Valentine, the Lady also from reception, was just the most wonderful human being, totally professional, with customer service enviable many hotels.

This is a decent hotel. I would say maybe four stars. I think the hotel is beginning to show somewhere and tear as the carpet in my room for example had stains and some of the bathroom appliances had water damage. But overall, it still has a modern fill. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and kind. There is a few dining options nearby like a good sushi place. Maybe about a 35 to 40 minute ride to the Dubai airport w/ some traffic. In terms of location all the tours that I booked were able to pick me up from this hotel. Overall, a seven out of 10 would maybe stay again but nothing fancy.
