Room service is very bad. They keep the gallery locked. We requested gallery opened prior to sunset but they didn’t show up until after the sunset to unlock the door. We requested service to pick up luggage 15 minutes prior to us checking out as we were in hurry, no one showed up. When I went downstairs and checked with the front desk, they were trying to call the wrong room to pick up the luggage. Nobody answered so they didn’t bother showing up or follow up on which room may be calling

The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was incredible, with a great range. The only issue was that our bathroom seemed to leak, and there would be water on the floor. They tried to repair it one night but it still happened.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, particularly Harrison and George, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Harrison was incredibly attentive, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and local attractions. His friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. George also played a significant role in enhancing my experience; he was always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests I had, making dining reservations and offering great recommendations for things to do in the city. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, offering a blend of luxury and comfort that truly made my stay memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Dubai skyline. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning, which fueled my adventures around the city.
