The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice, food was great. My only issue was there was a musty smell in the corridors and the room, it was super strong. The room also felt old and the air conditioning was quite loud. Other than that the hotel was good. As I was only staying 2 nights, I didn’t report the smell.

The property was quiet despite being relatively central. It offered a variety of dining options and access to local amenities. Moreover, the staff were very polite and offered great service. I will say that we didn’t have oversight of how much some services would cost and were shocked to find a bill for 415 AED for one laundry pick-up. More advanced communication to explain the pricing would have been appreciated in advance.

Location was very close to Dubai Mall. I’m giving it 4 stars because I feel the need for more improvement like communication and organization. Our first time in this hotel and front desk was mainly focused on the hotel information alone without sharing other places to learn in the area. First time to visit Dubai and hoping the travel desk would be more voluntarily giving you all the tourist places Dubai can offer. Unfortunately you need to ask questions on Dubai can offer for being tourist.

A lovely hotel, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. One request: provide universal power plug connections in the rooms. I am sure you get visitors from all over the world, and needing to get an adapter to charge phones or laptop is cumbersome. Otherwise, lovely place.
