I had a disappointing stay in first collection business bay, Housekeeping started working right outside my room at 2 AM and continued until 5 AM, making it impossible to rest. When I called reception, they simply apologized. At checkout, I raised my concern again, and they admitted they were aware of the issue but only offered a vague promise to "do something" if I stayed with them again. A hotel should focus on fixing problems first rather than expecting guests to return for a better experience. Apart from this, the only highlights were the breakfast staff, who were very kind and attentive, and the spa, which was a pleasant experience. However, the overall customer experience needs significant improvement. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The lift traffic and had to wait for so long to take the lift. The sanitary tray was empty and we had to call the reception to remind them to fill the bathroom tray. Staff are friendly and polite.
