Welcoming and friendly staff

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating - we must have looked very haggard from our drive up from Melbourne, and welcomed warmly. The accomodation was very clean and well furnished.

Opened the door to our room and people were in room. The reception didn’t even know the names of the people in that room when I went back to tell them the room was already occupied. Rug in the lounge area dirty and sticky. Cups were dirty. Under the vanity in bathroom dirty with an old razor a brush I think and something else. Someone sick under the lounge along with other stuff. Staff at front desk short and not overly accommodating even if the room mix up.

2 bedroom spa apartment located at the rear of the property. Quiet with easy parking. Kids loved the indoor pool, despite the short walk in the cold. Have hward great things about the onsite restaurant. Will stay again.
