If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.

Good location. Place is reasonable and spacious. Plenty of amenities but coffee machine does not work. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower is good with spacious bathroom. Key pick up and drop off is a 15 minute walk away. Need to drop rubbish at a nearby dumpster that is difficult to find as instructions are very unclear. Received constant messages about checking out by 10am.

Gedateerd verblijf, goede schoonmaakbeurt nodig. Keuken veel onnodige spullen (veel bakspullen) maar essentiele items ontbreken (kapot koffie apparaat). Hoop dat de eigenaar er ook eens gaat overnachten dan ervaart zij/hij zelf wat er beter kan. Buurt is prima!

Es una enfermedad que está a 10 minutos del centro, pero tiene muy cerca el tranvía, considero que es un buen lugar para quedarse y muy limpio y tranquilo. Lo único que para recoger las llaves si está un poco lejos
