I've stayed in other CitizenM locations, so great to see them in Dublin. The room was exactly the same in terms of fittings and fixtures as the other CitizenM hotels I've stayed in, so no surprises there, but I do wish the room had been a bit cleaner, e.g., there was a lot of dust on the shelf above the clothes rail. It didn't leave a great impression. However, the staff members I interacted with on check-in and check-out were both incredibly friendly and a credit to the hotel.

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was quaint, clean, and ideal for a solo traveler. I felt safe walking to and from the property, even late at night.

It was a more modern experience than I had in most of Europe. There’s a tablet where you can control most things. I would say that for two people it would be tight, but since I was alone it was perfect. Loved that I didn’t have to get room service everyday, I could choose. Check in was easy, staff was helpful. Bar and food downstairs. I spent most of my time out but really enjoyed my room because it was a good walking distance from almost everything I wanted to do.

I love the Citizen M brand - and try to stay thrrr whenever possible. The newly opened location in Dublin didn’t disappoint! The standard citizen M room layout with its amazingly comfortable king sized bed was very quiet (didn’t hear my neighbours at all). The hotel is well located within walking distance to Temple bar, Grafton Street, Trinity College and RCSI. Friendly staff managed to get me in to my room early, after a transatlantic flight, which i greatly appreciated. Can’t recommend this spot highly enough, and will happily stay here again next time in Dublin.
