The property is in a new and modern building but the room lack the basic needs. No bed sheets, no pillow case, no towels, no soap. The matress is very bed, poor quality. Only for a students. It is overpriced for that standard.

Excellent location, we stayed in a studio which was quiet, spacious & had everything you could possibly need. A bit strange not to provide any towels or even a tea towel.

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Nice room and grounds in a lovely environment. Not so pleased about having to rent towels. Also the air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly.

The building is not equipped with air conditioning as the Irish weather does not usually require AC, however we are experiencing an unusual warm summer. We do have fans at reception which can be availed of for a deposit of €20. We ope that we might see you again soon. Kind Regards Danielle

Lorsque j’ai réservé, il était écrit sur ebookers que le déjeuner serait inclu, ce qui était faux. Il n’y avait que du café instantané disponible. L’isolation était médiocre. Je pouvais entendre mon voisin ronfler, prendre sa douche, aller au toilette, fermer ses rideaux, etc. Je pouvais entendre tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir également, ce qui me réveillait brutalement à n’importe quelle heure. Les serviettes de douches étaient à louer pour 3 euros (quel genre d’hôtel demande ce genre de frais??). Il n’y avait aucun savon à main dans la chambre et il fallait demander pour du savon de douche et du shampoing. Il y avait des règlements d’afficher (comme ne pas avoir le droit de manger dans la chambre); ce qui n’est pas accueillant. Malgré tout, le personnel était assez aimable et la propreté allait. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement si c’est pour y rester plus qu’une nuit.
