A little effort and this apartment would be 5 star

Flat screen tv with NO CHANNELS, nothing to watch. No cooking facilities as confirmed. Check ou 10 o’clock not 12 as confirmed. Nothing in room on arrival except a big fold away spare bed with duvet which I had to ask to have removed as it was leaning against the window and took up half the room. No kettle only a jar of teabags. A cup but no saucer or plate for used tea bags. A kettle was provided when I asked. A coffee machine was mentioned but did not appear. No bin. Tiny table and no other furniture or reading light beside the bed. Round stain on the pillow when I arrived. Had the sheets been laundered after the last occupant? No hook for wet towels in bathroom. Could easily have been a 5 star stay!!!
Stayed 3 nights in Mar 2019
