The Space:
Hidden away on a mews laneway between St Stephen's Green and the Grand Canal, surrounded by Georgian streets and squares this modern mews house over 3 floors is a gem.

The bright and modern ground floor is accessed from the lane-way across the cobbled courtyard. The open plan living, kitchen dining room is spacious and very comfortable. Cable TV in the living room with great channel choice. The kitchen is sleek and modern and comes fully equipped for the home chef.
On the first floor is the generous second bedroom and family bathroom.
On the top floor is the luxurious and generously proportioned master bedroom suite.
The terrace comes complete with a BBQ for those balmy summer evenings in the city

Please note : both bathrooms are ensuite, the 3rd bed is a comfy sofa bed which can be set up in the living room.

The Neighborhood:
This luxurious mews house is one street back from one of Georgian Dublin's most famous squares and a short stroll from St Stephen's Green and the Grafton Street shopping district.
There is a huge range of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from this home.
Close to the Gaiety and Bord Gais theatres and the National Concert Hall.

Getting Around:
Given it's location most guests will chose to walk from this home.
Bus routes pass the entrance to the laneway.
Short walk to St Stephen's Green Luas stop which connects to the entire Luas network.
10 minute walk to the nearest DART station which will take you along the coast from Malahide to Bray.
