City break

Everything was great and better than anticipated. Hotel is at a great location and convenient to every where in the city. Good choices in the continental breakfast.Maybe the hotel could review the situation with the TV in the rooms because it kept turning off.

Amazing Location & Immaculate!!

This was my first time at a Motel One. I was very impressed. The room was very nice and immaculate! Very quiet and amazing location. 2 malls across the street and tons of restaurants. And about 10 minutes (max) to Temple Bar.

Good location, with close proximity to a variety of foo, adequate room amenities, comfortable beds and for once, really subscribe to the proclaimed eco-friendliness. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here if I come back to Dublin.

Excellent city centre stay. Great price. You can park in Arnott's Car Park which is very close for just €10 overnight by showing your booking at the car park office. Great deal.

My room wasn’t very clean, the chair had food crumbs from prev guests, the pillow case had stains, there were hairs in my bed that weren’t mine and the room smelled poorly. After I tidied up the bed area and aired out the room with windows open the first night it was more comfortable.

Great value and location

Nice modern hotel in central location. Rooms are very comfortable if a little compact. I know it’s a German chain but please sort out the TV channels! Only channels working are German and 3 Irish. TV also has a kind of its own. Some water in the room would be a bonus.

A mix of good and ok

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. Those are my two main criteria for a good stay. But for a newly-built hotel, the strangest thing for me was that there were no tech plug outlets at all. Not one USB plug anywhere to be found in the entire room. And the room was tiny. Like, why put a king-size bed in a room that could barely accommodate a queen-size bed? I can't imagine two people staying in that room. There was barely enough room to get by the bed to the other side of the room. And what is with the TV that turns on to show a fireplace every time you enter the room? It was a cute idea--once. But having to find the remote control to turn it off each time was just annoying. Other than that, great location--walkable to everywhere, and staff were friendly and helpful.
