The room was very small and expensive. No fridge in the room and no shampoo or conditioner provided. When I requested an iron and board I had to carry it up myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Very surprised in a good way. The hotel is in the middle of the city on a street where the Luas (trams) run, I was on the second floor and I wasn't aware of them passing by every few minutes. Lovely louge/bar area. 2 minute walk to Temple Bar, if you are interested in that sort of thing.

This is a great hotel in a very good location. Our room was small but stylish and modern and very clean. We arrived very early (11.30) expecting to just drop off our bags but we were actually allowed to check into our room, which was very impressive. A lot of hotels insist on making you wait until 3pm. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in central Dublin.

It was our home away from home. Stayed 3 nights at start of trip then returned 6 nights later for another 2. Staff super friendly and helfpul. Desk clerks, housekeeping and bar, all amaizing. Such modern rooms and envirement concious. Great breakfast available every morning. Close to everything in Dublin City Center, public transit, hop on hop off bus, trains, and don't forget the pubs!

A great location in the heart of Dublin - perfect location for sightseeing and shopping in the day and a stones throw from the nightlife. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were fantastic! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay hete again!

We traveled overnight from Canada and were extremely happy our room was ready early. The staff were very pleasant. The location is amazing. Walkable to Temple Bar but not close enough to be too loud. Nice lounge area with a bar and crisps in the evenings. The rooms are small (expectedly) but comfortable. While they do have air conditioning, it was rather insufficient for 27degrees in May and we were quite warm, but this is just par for the course in Europe.

Stay was ok. Worst part -DO NOT BOOK A TAXI with them. We booked one for 8am and were downstairs by 7:45am waiting. We asked the front desk every 10 mins for an update on if the taxi was close; we had no problem calling an Uber but just needed transparency on if that was needed. Finally they told us that just how bad traffic is. Car showed up closer to 8:40 but we were waiting for Uber at that point already. We arrived 45 mins later than planned at the airport. Hotel knows there is traffic - If a taxi is scheduled to be there early, they should depart earlier and consider traffic. Didn’t appreciate front desk continuously telling us he’s around the corner or 3 mins away when he clearly wasn’t.
