Fantastic property, great atmosphere and fabulous decor, only stayed 1 night but I wish we stayed for more. aisling in the bar was of great help, she went above and beyond for us , she made our stay extra special

Nice hotel, sadly we got a room that was next to the service lift that was extremely loud until 12am. Then started back up around 4am. They did offer another room at 1/am but by then just wanted to sleep and not have to pack and unpack again at that time. We also got to adjoining rooms that were not unlocked even after asking four times for it to be done. The little things just off, otherwise, decent hotel.

I spent a few nights at this hotel, the room was clean, standard European room size. Bathroom was clean. Close to everything multiple bus few steps away. I will definitely book again.

Overall, it was a good stay. We always appreciate a property that requires a key card to access rooms and hotel floors. The rooms are very small and the placement of the bathroom directly across from the bed does not allow for privacy when sharing a room and esp getting up during sleep not to disturb a roommate. The restaurant food and drinks were good but I had hair in my drink which grosses me out and the silverware could use more attn. The lobby and restaurant are cold and need heat! Parking was a nightmare and expensive. There is no dedicated parking for hotel guests, only street and itā€™s expensive! It cost us a mint to park our rental car for 3 days. Thank God 2 of the days were a holiday so no charge. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is quiet and its residents lovely. We found quaint little restaurants and coffee shops nearby that we enjoyed. Easy walk to the bus. The hotel is along a canal with ducks so that was also nice to look out at. We would stay again and in a ā€œlargerā€ room that we ended up switching to. Room 519 was larger and nice and far from the elevator. Loved the art deco in our room and the hotel. The hotel was festively decorated for the holiday so we esp appreciated that while away during Christmas. I want to shout out Niā€™umah (sp?) who was lovely and very helpful at the NYX hotel.
