We are happy to introduce a very unique & privately owned home located in the very heart of one of the largest suburbs of Dublin City (Tallaght). The property is 15 min walk from the luas stop located at the square shopping centre & 5min walk to bus stop, both will have you in Dublin City centre in approx. 50min. This property is finished to the very highest standard in the summer of 2023, fully equipped & is brand new to AirBnB. Automated gates. Privacy, along with quality & cleanliness We have 60m2 of a one bed studio apartment with a double bed , we have the option of a sofa bed to allow it to sleep 4 people in total Private patio & bbq area We are here for anything you need at all times , my text or phone me We are on 1 acre right on the the foot of the Dublin mountains but still within walking distance from all pubs / bars and shopping centre , the best of both worlds We have a bus stop only 4 min walk & the Luas Tram is only 15 min walk from our house Very family friendly with secure gated gardens & play areas
