Great location, great service!

The service was outstanding, the laundry room was super helpful on our long stay and we utilized the dining area in the evening for meeting up with our study abroad student for meals in the evening. The only thing that wasn’t “great” was the twin mattresses left much to be desired but otherwise it was all good!

Our stay included some poor interactions with staff. A few things we noticed: a triple room does not have the sleeper sofa made you are expected to do this yourself after you figure out where the bedding is stored, there’s no phone in the room(that we could find) so any questions require you going to the desk and there was no dead bolt chain on the door. The staff interactions ruined our stay.

It feels like an interesting spot for this sort of hotel - a small piece of home right in the heart of things. It was a very cosy stay in an area extremely close to lots of local attractions. Good shopping, good food, lots of walkabilty and nearby transit.

Had a great experience from checking in until leaving! Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Room has all of the amenities you would need for a trip more than a few days (full kitchen with utensils, free coffee, tea, smart TV etc.) Bathroom was lovely although a tiny bit small. When we ran out of room supplies, reception were quick to give us more, they helped us sort out how to dispose of broken luggage and also stored our bags for free after checkout before we had to set off to the airport. I would say the only downside was that we booked an upgrade for a double studio with double sofa bed. The beds were set up as twin beds and the sofa bed is actually just two singles with a large gap inbetween. We shoved the twins together and thankfully the double sofa bed was for one person so they just slept on a single although they said it wasn't particularly comfy. It's SO close to the centre of the city and very secure (have to scan your door key to access lifts to rooms, front doors locked late at night etc.) Overall would definitely stay here again when visiting Dublin in future!

Great place to stay near temple bar and other tourist spots! I f you want something comfortable with kitchenette (so you can choose either to dine take out or prepare food), this is your place! The lounge bar also is huge, beautiful and open 24/7. Highly recommended.

Great stay

The room was lovely, nice and clean, however there was a problem with the air conditioning which they tried to fix. We were offered a different room but didn’t want the upheaval as we were only there for a few days. The staff were amazing and very pleasant and helpful too. I really couldn’t fault them, they’re definitely an asset to the hotel.
