Summary:
Newly refurbished ground floor apartment located in Blackrock/Stillorgan. There are two good sized double rooms one of which is ensuite. There is a large open plan living/dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen.

The modern fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances expected in a quality apartment rental. The living area has plenty of space and benefits from a lovely deck area off it. There is multi-channel satelite TV and highspeed internet.

Underground heating adds to the overall comfort and atmosphere within this lovely accommodation.

Access to the city is very straight forward with the N11 bus corridor just minutes walk from the apartment. The city can be accessed within 20 minutes or less depending on traffic.

Both Sandyford and Blackrock business districts are all within an easy commute.
