Clean, modern hotel with a great overall feel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. However, the smoke alarm went off in the early hours on both nights, and it wasn’t clear whether these were real emergencies or false alarms. Communication from staff during these incidents could have been much better. At checkout, we were told the alarms were linked to nightclub in the same building and had been triggered by someone smoking in the club —apparently it’s something that happens quite often.

Centrally located. Friendly staff. We stayed 3 nights, checking in on a Sunday. 3rd floor room, very quiet. We went for a slightly larger room. Great shower. We didn't eat there as we had reservations elsewhere, we did have a few drinks and the bar staff were very attentive.
