Phibsborough is probably best associated with Croke Park, The Mater Hospital and Dalymount Park, where local club Bohemians FC play. Famous for its revived Victorian buildings and artisanal cafes like Two Boys Brew and La Pausa, this bustling area is also close to the National Botanical Gardens, and adjacent is the Mater Private Hospital and Temple Street Children's Hospital. And if you ever wanted to explore the city while walking you can take a stroll down Blessington Basin. Not only this, you are also on the side of the city which is closest to Dublin City Airport.

Situated on O'Connell street you have can make easy work of getting around by walking but if that wasn't something you wanted to do, you can easily get Luas and bus routes that take you wherever you need to go.
