This conveniently situated ground floor 2 bedrooms apartment is 2nd row on the sea and a few stairs to the beach. All necessities are within a short distance along the Lapad pedestrian promenade. It is very safe. There are no crimes in Dubrovnik and teenagers can go to the old town by foot anytime of the day or night without any risk. Even if alone. There are numerous waterfront beach bars and restaurants to enjoy nearby. This location is on of the two very best in Dubrovnik.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Lapad Beach. The apartment offers a kitchen and a Smart TV.
