We highly recommend this property. The Old Town location is perfect—a short, easy walk to all the major sites and very quiet. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the courtyard. Anthony is a great host—gracious, welcoming, responsive, and ever helpful. We’ll always have fond memories of our stay at Apartmani Banovac.

Reservei este apartamento no app do Hoteis.com. Quando cheguei a Dubrovnik, não havia ninguém para abrir a porta. Encontrei o telefone do proprietário que me disse que havia bloqueado este dia. O Hoteis.com dispunha da data para reserva, realizei a reserva, paguei pela estadia e não usei a estadia. Liguei para o Hoteis.com e a atendente me falou que entraria em contato com o proprietário para entender o que ocorreu e que, em seguida, me daria retorno. Nunca tive retorno e até agora não sei se foi falha do Hoteis.com ou do proprietário. Assim mesmo, penso que o mínimo que Hoteis.com pode fazer e devolver o dinheiro da diária. Ou estou esquivocada?

ピレ門から徒歩１分の便利な宿です。でもとても静かな環境です。部屋の前にパティオがあります。内装も新しく、清掃も行き届いています。キッチンには冷蔵庫、オーブン、電子レンジ、洗濯機も付いています。食器も備わっているので自炊も可能。小さなスーパーがピレ門バス停にあります。税金が一人一泊1.5ユーロ必要です。 This apartment locates just one minutes walk from Pile Gate and very quiet with patio. Interior was new and very nicely cleaned. The kitchen equips refrigerator, oven, microwave as well as washing machine. (Hidden in doors) Dishes, glasses and cutlery were there. Small glossary shop is near the bus stop of Pile Gate so you can cook for yourself. Tax requires 1.5 Euro per person per night.
