The Apartment Marina View, in Lapad, could not have been better. Our lovely host met us with fresh fruit and a large basket of local pastries. The apartment has an outstanding view overlooking the harbour and is perfectly located away from the hustle and high costs of downtown Dubrovnik. The #6 bus is less than 5 minutes away and takes you right down to the old city. There is a lovely restaurant and grocery store less than 5 minutes away with a promenade to the beach the same distance with many options for good food and drink. The walk to the main harbour, for ferries, is less than 15 minutes and goes through some of the oldest and nicest areas of the city. My wife and I spent 5 wonderful night in this spotlessly clean apartment and would highly recommend it. A 10 out of 10 for comfort, location, and atmosphere, a must stay in Dubrovnik.

Our stay at Marina view was great. The host left us some cakes/fruit/beer and a homemade pudding. The main thing about the apartment is the view from the very comfortable balcony. I don’t think we have stayed anywhere with such a view. There are plenty of eating/drinking places within 5/10 mins. It’s a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to the old town (number 6 bus). The apartment wasn’t the easiest to find but we got there in the end.

This stay was perfect, the apartment was lovely and clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. The host was so nice and friendly and was so accommodating. The location is ideal with a supermarket down the road, lots of restaurants and a lovely beach. To get to the old town was easy just to hop on a bus and Ubers are quite cheap aswell. Overall was a great stay and i have no faults

Lovely Apartment

A very comfortable little apartment! The interior, balcony, and hallway were all very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The view from the balcony was the best part! It was convenient to take bus number 6 to the Old Town, making it easy to enjoy the area while staying away from the hustle and bustle. There was also a supermarket (Tommy) nearby. The host was friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!
