Far from a Hotel

The location is nice just outside of Old Town. Easy to walk around places and close enough you can make a stop back to drop something off. The washing machine was nice. Communication for check-in was fine. Check out I was told I need to make a 6 minute walk to take out the trash. I book hotels for a reason.

The property was in an excellent location. However, the instructions upon arrival were not the best. Plus, you had to haul all of your luggage through cobble streets and up several stairs. Once we found the apartment, there was a strong musty smell and if you have allergies or asthma, it may not be a good location for you. Lastly, the front door had absolutely no privacy, all windows, and the locks were a real pain to deal with. Overall, we’d rate it a 3.5 stars. Again, you can’t beat the location and view from the terrace.

Due to an failure of the electrical and water waste systems we had no power or water on our third night out of an eight night holiday. The following morning we were basically ordered to leave the property by the owner and left to find alternative accomodation at short notice. The owner had claimed to have found alternative accomodation but the reviews for this property were the worst I have ever seen and described as a flea infested hovel. This totally ruined our holiday and we spent a very stressful day trying to book somewhere for the remainder of oir holiday. Five weeks on and we are still waiting for refund for the five nights we were not in the property and the one night where we had not power or water. Disgusting owner who should not be allowed to advertise his property on Expedia.

Gran estadía en Dubrovnik

Está súper bien ubicado , a pocos minutos del corazón de la ciudad y cerca de donde te buscan para las excursiones, también tiene una pequeña playa muy cerca. La propiedad está hecha a nuevo y la cocina muy bien equipada

Bel appartement avec une superbe terrasse !

Appartement très agréable : vraiment très bien placé + superbe terrasse !! . L'appartement possède l'essentiel et décoration simple mais efficace. Nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner et autres repas sur la terrasse. Très agréable. Bémols : pratique pour couple ou couple avec enfant mais pas plus de 2 adultes. Nous étions 3 adulte dont 1 sur le canapé clic clac (pas agréable + lumière de la porte), dommage.
