Sandra was a great host. Great with communication. Within minutes she would respond. She gave us great recommendations. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. The cons to the place were that the shower didn’t drain well. So had to stop the water multiple times while showering to allow the water to drain and the couch in the living room needs a cleaning. Other than that the rest of the apartment was clean. Old town is about a 30 min walk and it’s a very pretty walk or you could walk to the bus stop which is about 5 min away and go anywhere in town.

Everything that you could ask for

Sandra was a perfect host during our stay. We turned up 3 hours early as I misread the check in time, and within 30 minutes Sandra has given us the keys and allowed us into the room. The room was a perfect size for 3 people and even the sofa bed is comfy, the AC saved us in the 40° heat. Sandra also provided us with a long list of recommendation during our stay. I recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik, the walk to the old town is less than 30 minutes and there are also a number of bus routes that take you straight there.

Excellent choice for a stay in Dubrovnik

Our stay at Apartments Briest was amazing. The property manager was very punctual and was always a text away for any help regarding the property and always helped out with restaurant recommendations and help avoiding tourist traps and how to get the best of your trip. The apartment was very clean and very reasonably priced. Although the location isn't immediately near the old town, we were still able to walk and bus to the tourist locations and with nice beaches nearby and a grocery store right beside the apartment, we had everything we needed within reach.

Había pelos en el paño para secar la vajilla. Mala comunicación entre Expedia y el dueño para la hora de llegada. Actualicé la hora para Expedia pero la dueña no estaba allí ya que Expedia no se lo comunicó. Tuvimos que contactar directamente con la dueña y esperar un poco. Sandra nos dió todo tipo de información, fue muy simpática y amable

Veldig grei leilighet litt utenfor gamlebyen

En veldig grei og romslig leilighet med eget soverom og balkong. Både mor og sønn som driver utleie var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Praktisk plassert dagligvare i samme bygg som leilighetene. Leiligheten ligger et lite stykke unna gamlebyen. Det er mulig å gå (ca 30 minutter), eventuelt kan man ta bussen (2,50 euro) eller Uber (7-8 euro). Det er også en badeplass ca 15 minutters gange fra leiligheten.
