This was an immaculately presented property, well equipped with a welcome gift of wine, beer and some bottled water. The bed was fantastic, and the shower was REALLY strong. Excellent comms with the property overseer, Highly recommended - Use uber or bolt to travel around the city.

Everything was great. Views from the room were amazing! Make sure to communicate access and parking a few days in advance though. Not too close to old town, but worth it for the free easy parking. It’s about a 10 euro Uber ride to old town. A beautiful beach is a ten minute walk. Would recommend.

Good location, kind of hard to find,, definately need your GPS, Cclose to Sunset Beach, a greatplace to relax, a 10 min walk to the bus to downtown, The only thing wrong, I could not use use the TV, needed directions to use the cable remotes, But overall, highly recommeneded,, Make sure you advise the owners in advance of you coming,

Very disappointed in the reviews of this property. I usually rely on positive reviews before booking. Our room had no views as claimed, and the actual room was perhaps a step above camping.!

Checking in was difficult. We arrived at 2 as communicated ahead of time. No one seemed to be there. We had phone issues, so we were not getting through when we called. We waited 40 mins. We finally got through. The company called the owner and they came out a few mins later. They need better communication on how to check in. If someone was there the entire time, they should direct us where to go. The property also has water damage on the walls. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. There are quite a few stairs to the beach. This was not a problem for us, but don't stay here if stairs are an issue for u.

I had a great stay at Apartments Mandy. I stayed there for a conference I was attending 10 minutes walk down the road in a big hotel complex. The location was great near a local beach area and it was easy enough to get to the old town. The view is nice from the apartment and the balcony. Everything was clean, and the apartment was very well-appointed and well thought out. The family who owns it were very helpful and friendly and gave me little things like water, wine opener, etc. that I needed. Very friendly people and very nice place. I got an excellent price and would stay again.

Perfect for our visit. Close to beaches.

Great location, close to multiple beaches and restaurants. Very clean and homely. Perfect for our week stay, with only a short walk to a bus service for Old Town. The views within the apartment are amazing. The balcony is the perfect spot to have meals. No issues.

Apartments Mandy was an excellent apartment in Lapad Bay, Dubrovnik. It was a great neighborhood to stay and relax but we were able to read Old City Dubrovnik easily by bus. The apartment is a quick walk to the water, bars, cafes, and restaurants and a 20 minute bus ride into Old City or the port area. The staff was very helpful and communicative. We arrived very late on a delayed flight from California and they were prepared for us with the key even though we came late and in the middle of the night. The apartment was everything we needed with a little kitchenette and balcony.

Close to sunset beach

Close to sunset beach and all the bars and restaurants. Easy to get a bus from the main street to Old Town, close to tourist information, shopping centre and supermarket. Lovely friendly people who are very knowledgeable and will help with anything you need.

Relaxing appartment with sea views

Great little apartment with everything needed. It's around a ten minute walk to sunset beach and around a 45 minute walk to old town. There are some steps to tackle to get up to the apartment but I didn't find these particularly taxing. The views of the bay from the apartment are brilliant, and the area is very relaxing and quiet. The owners live next door and are available if you need anything which was great, they very much leave you to enjoy your holiday though.

Lovely good value apartment

Cannot fault the apartment its perfect. The downside of us being in our mid 50s is the location We struggled with the amount of stairs and steep slopes which makes up the area of where the apartment is. We did read reviews prior to booking but it was too much. Great if you are fit though.

Apartment Mandy was perfect for our stay.

Such a friendly welcome on arrival. All the amenities were pointed out to us so we knew exactly where to head for the supermarket and the best routes to take. The family were always willing to answer any questions. We were perfectly located for walks round sunset beach, walks to the port to see the cruise ships there was always somewhere to stop for a drink. Bus service was excellent and plenty of taxis nearby if that's your preference. Lots of places to eat nearby with a huge variety of meals to choose from.

Exellent apartment to stay in Dubrovnik

We stayed for 4 nights in this apartment, which we liked very much. Driving from Dubrovnik airport took about 30 min. Owner lives in the house. We had a long flight from Canada and were very tired, so it was very pleasant to be welcomed with the beer kindly offered by Anita. Parking space was available. Apartment is comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a kitchen, even we did not use it much. A view from the balcony/terrace was fantastic! Location is great, about 10 min to the beach and restaurants, 10 min walking to the bus station (it is near runabout with the clock inside, the name of bus stop is Tommyslava), another 10 minutes and you are in the Old City. There are a lot of stairs you need to take when go down to the beach/ restaurants area, but when going back after first stairwell we were walking around following the street to our house to avoid stairs

Lovely apartment- lots of stairs up from beach!

Really lovely apartment, nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen. Very welcoming host. Only downside is location up the hillside so lots of steps down to beachfront which was pretty hot to do in August- but otherwise we'll located for day trips to dubrovnik old town and great beach.

hotel In lapad

Hotel is high up in hills of lapad , 20 minute walk from beach . Lots of stairs but could walk down the road just extra walking cause it wraps around . Taxis are hard to get but you can walk to hotel more and get one . About 89-100 Luna to old town. Also your room is not cleaned daily if that's something you need . We didn't realize that . Also check out can be complicated , we ended up leaving key in room cause we weren't sure how to check out and left money for taxes as well . View is amazing though and room is nice . To far to walk to town, 15 minute walk to bus station for 6 bus to old town . Lapad beach is really rocky bring water shoes . Also if here for a few days go to Montenegro ! It was beautiful ! Great . We used same company as Expedia transport from airport . Do transport tacos can charge a lot .
