Apartments Sipa is ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Distance to centre of the city is 1,0.
Continuing straight down the street of the property, the north entrance of the Old Town is reachable within 10 minutes (600meters) without steps.
Parking is private, on site and chargeable (20 euros per day), reservation is required.

This lovely one bedroom apartment with furnished balcony and sea view is perfectly fit for up to two people. It features WiFi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dining table. Apartment also provides an iron and ironing board.
