Welcome to our studio apartment centrally located in the Old Town.
Studio apartment comprises a double bed equipped mini kitchen and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a mini kitchenette that offers everything you might need to prepare simple dishes such as an electric stove, mini fridge, water kettle, microwave, and cutlery.
It is in walking distance of all major monuments and sightseeing, bus station on Pile Gate and in the area there are many stores, bars and restaurants.


The Old town of Dubrovnik is the most known and desirable destination in Dubrovnik. In the past, Old City became an important force in the whole Mediterranean after the 13th century. Although significantly destroyed by the earthquake of 1667, Dubrovnik managed to keep and preserve its Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces, and fountains.Today inside the Walls you have almost everything that you might need: cultural sights, cinemas, galleries theaters, lots of cafes, and restaurants.
During the day it is pretty much crowded with tourists and domestic people, and music from bars and restaurants during the night is not the first option for those who are seeking peace and a quiet place to stay. Despite that Old Town of Dubrovnik offers liveliness and charm that you cannot find in other parts of Dubrovnik.
Stradun, the main street in Old City is only 300 m long but offers the most famous sights as you walk along the way. Onofrio's Fountain, the Franciscan Monastery, the Sponza Palace, Orlando's Column, the Rector's Palace, the Dubrovnik Cathedral and Treasury, the Church of St. Vlaho, Synagogue, Marin Držić House, Ethnographic Museum Rupe, Aquarium...
The most impressive sight is well preserved, City Walls. Only 2 km long and 25 m high used to be protected in the past. The most important and well-preserved 5 fortresses give a unique shape to this Old town. Those are Fort of Minčeta, Revelin, Bokar, St. John, and outside Lovrjenac.
Traffic is forbidden inside the Walls and parking is almost mission impossible in case you decide to stay as much as closer to the Old City...

It is very convenient location. However instructions and pictures given does not match the front door. Took us a while to find it and had to call and found out that the front door had been replaced.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

A small, dark and quite musty appartment. Couldn't open the window to get light or fresh air. Location was central and only a few minutes walk to everywhere in the old town. Bed was comfortable with a decent topper. Shower was a bit hit and miss with hot water and some general maintenance is needed for several fixtures and fittings. Adequate for a couple of days stay. Run by an agency in the old town which was responsive for a couple of minor issues.

Only the location was fine (as the apartment is situated inside the city walls). The Apartment does not have a daylight, the window is small and looking into to the wall, it can happen in Dubrovnik, but please without mold and damp. It has a price! In the bathroom you can find the mold, the apartment reeked of damp (I could not breath normally, yet in the apartment is a dehumidifier, says a lot.. . It is overpriced (i am local, and I was living in Dubrovnik, at the time i am living in Austria. I do know the Dubrovnik standards (how bad it could/can be) though this was a great disappointment for 100e/night.. The towel hanger is hanging from the wall, there is a strong urin smell in the toilet..the door is very fragile. The bed is ok though there is also strong damp smell. Kitchen was ok and a coordinator from the Agency was well organized for the check in/out. Message to owner : It is not only to have a living space within city walls, it might be a challenge to live and breathe within.. P. S. I have seen the cockroach..
