This a well appointed 2-bedroom penthouse with terrace and Jacuzzi located in Lapad area of Dubrovnik city. Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and would best suite group of friends or a family looking for a modern and convenient place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik.



Apartment is located on top 4th floor of a residential building (no elevator).

Penthouse consists of 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and other with pair of twin beds which can be separated on request, two toilets connected with shower room, large open space kitchen, living and dining area which opens onto a large terrace with hot tub and outside dining table. Sofa bed in living room can accommodate 2 additional guests.

Newly renovated Lapad Sunset beach is approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the property. The Old Town can easily be reached by bus within 10 minutes approximately.

Beautiful property

The view from this property is absolutely gorgeous. When we showed up the managers were there and assisted us and carrying our luggage up the stairs. The pool was amazing and the property was very clean. There are a lot of stairs, so if you struggle with that, you might wanna request one of the bottom apartments.

Dubrovnik 3 night stay

Overall, I’d rate this a 4.5 star. Check in was easy however not what I’m use to. You have to go to another property where they charge your credit card in person (not via VRBO). They did give us a ride to the unit which was very appreciated! A few things were broken in the unit, looked like we might have been the first or second for the season. Awning over hot tub and window security shutter was broken on one of the windows blocking the view. The unit was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and only cost 4€ to Uber to old town. Enjoy your stay Croatia is wonderful!

Comfortable place with fantastic view

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this accommodation. In advanced, we were well informed about the property and things to do in and around Dubrovnik. We arranged a transfer from the airport to the appartement. We arrived in the morning and, instead of going to the reception, the taxi brought us straight to the apartment. That was really convenient. A lovely lady showed us the apartment and we finalised the payment. The apartment is clean and comfortable, it has all you need, the jacuzzi and the view are fantastic! During our stay, Hedera Estate arranged a trip for us and all communications were very pleasant.
