Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment, perfect for couples, families with kids, or small groups of friends! Apartment is located a short walk away from the Lapad promenade, beach, cinema, supermarket, and local fresh market.
The bedroom features a spacious and comfortable double bed, along with a wardrobe and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cooking, and the private terrace with a garden is the ideal spot to enjoy. If your group includes more than two people there is convirtable sofa bed —either a double or two singles, depending on your preference!
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself Free parking is also included, along with access to your own private terrace and garden.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Not really a VRBO by owner!

We have used VRBO on numerous trips and this is first time we were NOT received by a person who not only welcomed us but spent significant time with us. We always look forward to the enthusiasm of the host/owner detailing key features and local guidance for our visit. The residence was as described and very clean . It was a bit shopworn and the bedding was third class. Communication was only through WhatsApp. We requested info re the washing machine and got a product manufacturers manual to navigate the machine. Small welcoming touches were non-existent. Turns out this is managed by a group who care for 69 properties. We did enjoy our visit to Dubrovnik.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Dubrovnik

L'appartement est très propre. Si comme moi vous vous imaginez qu'il y a un jardin, il n'y a qu'une terrasse mais elle est agréable.L'appartement est très proche du bus 6 qui nous emmène dans la vieille ville en 15 mn et il y en a toutes les 10 mn. On est à 5 mn de la plage et le quartier de lapad est très agréable.

Keurig en goed ingericht appartement.

Inchecken moest via de telefoon. We kregen eerst een verkeerd nummer. Niemand om je te ontvangen en om uit te leggen dat de sleutel dwars in het slot moet staan om hem er te kunnen uithalen. Niemand die vertelt hoe het kiep/kantel;/schuifraam werkt. We hebben op het terras zeker een makkelijke ligstoel gemist. Het appartement ligt in een drukke wijk waar overal (fors) betaald geparkeerd moet worden. Even met de auto wat boodschappen doen is lastig. Verder is bijna de hele stad eenrichting verkeer en je moet kilometers rijden voor je opnieuw de straat in kan rijden. Geen strand in de buurt. Wel goede busverbinding naar Dubrovnick. We zijn een week gebleven. Dat was te lang.
