On this floor, you'll also find a central living area with a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a dining area, as well as a bathroom for guests. The living room leads to a spacious terrace with a lounge and dining area, perfect for alfresco dining.



One of the villa's most remarkable features is its infinity swimming pool. You'll feel your worries melt away as you float in the water, gazing out at the panoramic view of the surroundings.
