Views of the Dubrovnik fortress from the property are outstanding. Lovely little balcony to have a few glasses of wine or beer and enjoy the views. Walkable to town and the cable car plus supermarket close by. Communication was good but was a problem not getting the messages (seemed to be both ways) however the hostess met me at the studio to let me in so was not a problem. I would definitely stay again

The shared patio (for studios) has the most beautiful unobstructed view of Dubrovnik Old Town. The location is excellent, near convenience store and a cafe. The cable car and bus stations are just 10 min walk down hill (not steep). The walk into town takes about 20 min., faster if you take the steps. The apartment is only 16 steps from the street level. For me, it was not bad at all.
