This area offers beaches, cafes, restaurants, and local markets, and it’s the perfect base for exploring the city.This spacious two-bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor, offers 102 sqm of comfortable living space. It features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a shower.The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare homemade meals, such as a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. After a day of exploring the city and its surroundings, unwind on the private terrace and enjoy the stunning views of Lapad Bay and the sea!All guests have access to shared terrace and to private transfer. Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Fantastic apartment, furnishings to a high standard and it was lovely to sit on the balcony first thing in the morning and later into the evening. Great location, Lapad main town with the restaurants is around a 10 minute walk, and close to the beach also.

Our Favorite spot to stay over 2 weeks in Croatia

This accommodation stands out for its combination of aesthetics and location. The apartment is beautiful. The terrace out front has a great couch, awesome view and pass thru window to the kitchen. Everyone was gracious and kind including Kristina, the host Silva and her friendly dog Bobi. The laundry and drying rack was a welcome feature. Just note that the address is 62, not 26 :-)

The apartment was an amazing location overlooking the beach below with a good size terrace. The host was great at providing us with a cot and high chair for our little one. The apartment was clean and the host was responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time!
