Nestled in Dubrovnik, this delightful house offers 5 bedrooms with a mix of king and twin beds, living room, 2 fully equipped kitchens with dining areas - perfect for families or groups of friends. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC, guests can relax in the lovely and spacious bedrooms featuring parquet wooden floors. The house offers marvellous sea views which you can enjoy from its large stone terraces and 10 metres long balcony. It is located in great area. It offers peaceful atmosphere. You can feel fresh air from nearby pine trees and Mediterranean plants.
The house is located only the footsteps from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres, promenade along the sea, 3 bus stations ( it takes 5 up to 10 minutes by direct bus to get to the Old town) and it is very cheap and convenient to get by Uber taxi for 5 minutes to the Old town ( Uber comes directly in front of the house).
