Located close to Dubrovnik on the Dalmatian Coast, Villa Branka is a lovely beachfront villa with a terraced garden and private swimming pool. An excellent choice for families or groups of friends, the villa is situated in an exclusive neighbourhood 30m from the beach and close to the beautiful town of Dubrovnik, where you can find bustling bars and cafés, baroque buildings, and ancient sea-facing walls.

Villa Branka develops over four levels.

On the ground floor there is a reception and garage (with 6 parking places) as well as a studio apartment (for villa staff).

On the first floor you will find an open plan living/dining room with sofas, well-equipped kitchen and a terrace. In the sleeping area on this level, there is one double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the second level, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen area and two double bedrooms (with king-size beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with bath and shower).

On the third level, there are two suites with kitchen, living/dining area, double bedroom (with king-size bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with bath and shower) and balcony with stunning sea view.

Outside, you will find a terraced garden with a shady outdoor dining area, relaxation areas and a private swimming pool with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and jacuzzi (not heated). A barbecue and garage parking are also available.
