It consists a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 persons, which makes it ideal choice for families and groups of friends seeking a unique yet consummate experience of Croatia along the Dubrovnik Riviera.
The open space ground floor will feel like a home away from home. The living room, formal dining area, and kitchen all occupy one spacious, open-concept space, promoting a social atmosphere and providing more than enough space for group gatherings. As well on the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with private bathroom. For more comfort there is a toilet on the ground floor as well. All of the rooms in the house are air –conditioned.
From the rooms on the ground floor you have a direct access to the villa´s terrace with pool and cozy lounge area.
The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a private bathroom. One more bathroom is situated on the first floor as well. All three bedrooms have windows open directly to the exterior and enjoy inspiring sea views.
On the outside you can enjoy the sunny weather by relaxing in the villa´s inviting pool. From the warm embrace of your crystal clear pool to the shaded pergola with lounge encircled by olive trees you’ll be enveloped by peace. As night falls, uncork a bottle of champagne and toast the fading sun and magical views over horizon.

The pebble and rocky beach is a 5 walking down the hill to the resort. In the resort it is possible to use tennis courts, mini golf and other sports facilities, spa, gym at an extra cost. For your memorable nights, there are local restaurants serving local food only 3 minutes driving by car in Zaton bay.
We will be happy to arrange a pickup for you from the Dubrovnik airport. If you need housekeeping during your stay, we will provide it for you as well.
