Featuring a 25m2 outdoor heated pool, 14 inviting sun-beds, an outdoor shower, and numerous cozy seating areas, this property exudes an atmosphere of pure relaxation. Its expansive terrace boasts a summer kitchen, outdoor fireplace and BBQ, and alfresco dining area perfect for enjoying leisurely meals outdoors. Take in the awe-inspiring vistas of the sea and surrounding Dalmatian landscape, adorned with elegant cypress and pine trees, at any hour of the day. This villa is an ideal venue for weddings, birthdays, or any occasion deserving of a special celebration. Each bedroom, with its own charm, offers unique allure, including breathtaking sea views.
